The original design did not vent properly, meaning that as the urea tank empties a vacuum is created in the tank. The urea pump and sensor then has to work much harder to pump urea and eventually it fails prematurely. Citroen and Peugeot replaced all the caps with a new design This is done by pushing or pulling taking care not to damage it. Replace the switch by pushing it into the hole and rotating clockwise 90 degrees. turn on ignition and check that the brake lights work, if not the switch plunger might not be set to the correct length. hopefully now you wont have the esp /abs warning.
